Return & Exchange Policy
We strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase from SleepEase. If you encounter any issues, please refer to our policy below:
1. Return & Exchange Eligibility
Time Period: You can request a return or exchange within 14 days of your purchase.
Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
Sale/Promotional Items: Items purchased during sales or promotions are not eligible for return or exchange.
Customized Products: Customized orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
2. Colour & Texture Transparency
We aim to provide the most accurate representation of our products.
Color Variation: Due to differences in screen settings, monitor brightness, and photoshoot lighting, the actual color or texture may slightly vary from what is seen on screen.
Quick View: To help you make an informed decision, we have included original (non-edited) images in the ‘Quick View’ section. We request that you review these images carefully before placing your order.
3. Manufacturing Defects
If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect (such as torn fabric or stitching issues), we will facilitate an exchange.
Process: Please send images of the defective product to our [WhatsApp/Email].
Resolution: After verifying the defect, we will provide an exchange or an online store credit (voucher).
4. Refund Policy
No Cash Refunds: We do not offer cash refunds.
Store Credit: If a replacement item is out of stock, we will issue an online store voucher of equal value, which can be used for future purchases.
Shipping Charges: Return or replacement shipping charges are to be borne by the customer.
5. Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed/shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will fall under the return/exchange policy.

Proof: Please photograph the parcel and invoice before opening the package to help us resolve any issues quickly.
Pillow Designs: Slight variations in pillow designs may occur due to the fabric cutting pattern; this is not considered a defect.
