1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
Only products purchased directly from Sleepease.pk are eligible.

2. Non-Returnable Items
Personalized or custom-made bedsheets cannot be returned or exchanged.
Products damaged due to improper use or washing are not eligible.

3. How to Request a Return or Exchange
1. Contact our customer support via WhatsApp or email within 7 days.
2. Provide your Order ID / Tracking Number and reason for return/exchange.
3. Our team will guide you with return instructions and shipping address.

4. Return & Exchange Process
After receiving the returned product, our team will inspect the item.
If the product meets the return conditions, we will:
Exchange: Send the replacement product.
Refund: Initiate the refund to your original payment method (COD refunds may be processed as store credit).

5. Shipping Costs
Customer responsible for shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged.
Return shipping instructions will be provided by our support team.

6. Damaged or Wrong Products
If you receive a defective or wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.

7. Refund Timeline
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned product.
Refund amount will reflect the original purchase price excluding shipping charges (unless the return is due to our error).
